Care Ministries

The Care Ministry Team is a vital part of NCPC. Listed below are the many ways in which the care team provides for church members, families and friends.

GriefShare
Are you or someone you know dealing with the loss of a loved one? Join us in our GriefShare group as we work through the grieving and recovery process. Find out more details on the GriefShare page.

The Current Care Ministry Support Groups include:
On Eagles Wings
Eagle's Wings is a support group for women whose lives have been touched by cancer or other life-threatening illness. To learn about when the next group meeting will be or to find out more about this important ministry, look at the Eagles Wings page.

Still Waters
A monthly support group for survivors of Sexual Trauma.

Fresh Start
A monthly support group for divorce support and recovery.

Other Ministries Available to Members and their Families:
The Book Nook

The Care Ministry Team is working to provide resources and printed materials for our members and the community. We currently have some resources available but are looking for more resources on various topics. If you would like to use these resources or submit resources to the Care Ministry Team for review as potential resources, please contact the church office at 985-626-4375.

Soul Food-Meals in times of Crisis or Need
Sweet Chariots-Transportation in Times of Special Need
First Responders-Intercessory Prayer Ministry
Love Notes-Cards of Celebration or Condolence
Eternal Spring-the sharing of the flowers from the worship services
